FullsizeThis topo map does not do justice to City of Rocks which is a wonderful reserve that is managed by the NPS, BLM and State of Idaho. It primarily caters to rock climbers, but has hiking trails, historical sites and great campsites. Not being a climber, I found the best campsites to be isolated from the climbing sites (less traffic).
